I like that YA books can be enjoyed by anyone and I am not bored to death when I read what my kids are reading.
I love the innocence of YA books!
I like to read YA books because they are always a fun and easy read and you can get thru them really fast.
They’re fun easy reads.
Though I read a lot of adult fiction, I tend to find more thought-provoking ideas and creativity in YA fiction. I think that it stems from the fact that the “intended” audience (in their mid-teens to early-twenties) are going through a tumultuous time with a lot of changes in their lives, and things have to stay fresh to appeal to them.
